The award-winning UCSB Reads program is a common reading experience that involves the campus and the broader Santa Barbara community in conversations about compelling issues of our time while reading the same book.

Community partners, local businesses, and individual donors all have the opportunity to support UCSB Reads 2027. Your gift will make next year's book giveaway, author visit, and accompanying programs possible. Every donation in any amount is essential to building and sustaining UCSB Library's outreach programs, including UCSB Reads. You can support this vital, dynamic initiative by making an online gift. Please designate "UCSB Reads" in the memo field when making your gift.
