Use this form to report technical issues with the UCSB Library website.

- General feedback or non-technical concerns: Use the UCSB Library Suggestion Box form (Google Forms).
- Problems with electronic resources (eResources): Report issues with research databases, ebooks, online journals, or streaming media using the Report a Problem with an eResource form.
- Recommend materials: Suggest books or other materials using the Recommend a Purchase form.
- Bias or inclusion concerns: If you experience or observe bias while using the Library, please submit a report using the UC systemwide intolerance report form.
