Rounce & Coffin Club of Los Angeles

The Department of Special Collections displayed the 1999 Western Books Exhibition. The 58th Annual travelling exhibit was sponsored by the Rounce & Coffin Club of Los Angeles.
The exhibit showcased 30 outstanding examples of works produced by fine press printers and book artists using a wide variety of styles. Some of the presses included: The Bancroft Library Press, Castle Bress, Protean Press, Scripps College Press and the Wilsted & Taylor Publishing Services. This year there were many fine examples of letterpress printing in the exhibition.
The exhibit was on display through December 31, 2000.
