Christina Baglas joined the UC Santa Barbara Library in June 2026 as Senior Director of Development. Partnering closely with Library leadership, her role is to deepen relationships with our supporters and drive fundraising priorities to advance the Library’s strategic goals.
Christina brings nearly two decades of fundraising and leadership experience at UCSB. From 2007 to 2026, she held key roles within UCSB Athletics, ultimately serving as Senior Director of Development and Deputy Athletic Director for Development. Her background also includes marketing and development positions at Harvard University, the University of Connecticut and the U.S. International Sports Federation.
