Hallowzine Crafting Night
This isn't your average scary story session -- join us for a Halloween themed zine-making night. Zines (pronounced "zeens," short for magazines) are small, self-published booklets created and distributed by individuals or small groups. Zines are a cornerstone of DIY culture, offering an accessible platform for sharing ideas, art, and stories outside of traditional publishing.
We'll provide all the supplies—paper, markers, stamps, collage materials, and more. Your zine can be a collection of urban legends, a recount of a personal spooky encounter, or a reflection on the real-life terrors that haunt you. Think of it as a creative way to confront the things that truly scare us, whether they’re monsters hiding in the dark or anxieties that keep you up at night. Feel free to make a photocopy or two of your zine before you leave to share with others.
