Monty Masters (originally Monty Mohn) was a San Francisco-based comedian and writer. He started writing scripts for local radio programs in his native San Francisco prior to World War II and continued through the 1950s. This collection includes radio scripts ranging from 1941 to 1960 including:

  • Spotlight Playhouse (1946)
  • The Eddy King Show (1947-1948)
  • Ready for Brady (1948-1949)
  • The Monty Masters Show (1948-1949)
  • Candy Matson (1949-1951)

The collection also contains story treatments and sample scripts for proposed television and radio series from the early 1950s, as well as single copies of scripts from various radio programs.
