UCSB Library is offering a series of half - day workshops for non-programmers or novice programmers in our software carpentry series to write code and learn best practices for using Python for data analysis. Python is commonly used in many scientific disciplines for statistical analysis and computing. Participants should bring their own laptop to work on. This should be a Windows, Mac, or Linux machine, not a Chromebook or tablet. You should also be sure to have admin privileges on your laptop.
