1972 - 1974

The Richard M. Nixon Presidential Library and Museum houses the tapes of conversations in the White House offices related to the "Watergate" break-in of June, 1972 and the subsequent cover-up.  Some of these audio tapes and their transcripts have been made available online.  Of related interest are the Watergate Files exhibits from the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library and Museum.
