This collection supports the study of English literature, Renaissance theater, and print culture from the early modern period to the 21st century. The collection documents the early book trade, the evolution of printing, copyrights, the publishing community, and the history of bookbinding through the archives of the Stationer’s Company in London. This collection includes but is not limited to, The Entry Book of Copies (1554-1842), The Court Records (1602-1982), and The English Stock documents (1603-1961).
