The UCSB Library has a variety of study and meeting spaces, including designated quiet floors, Late Night Study, reservable group study rooms, and reservable meeting space.
Group Study Rooms and Collaboration Spaces
Group Study Rooms and Collaboration Spaces throughout the Library can accommodate between 4-10 people and can be booked by UCSB students, faculty, and staff up to 2 weeks in advance and for 2 hour blocks through an online reservation system.

Late Night Study
Students, faculty, and staff with valid UCSB Access ID cards can access the Learning Commons and 1st Floor Mountain Side during Late Night Study by entering through the Courtyard Entrance.
Floors 5-8 are designated quiet floors.

There are three quiet study rooms just for graduate students.
A new reading room just for UCSB faculty, researchers, and lecturers is located on the first floor Mountain Side (Room 1520A).
The Sunrise Room and Instruction & Training Room 1312 are available for occasional meeting and special event bookings by representatives of UCSB departments and offices.
