Most of the government documents collection is in storage during the UCSB Library Renovation project. If you are a non-UCSB patron, use this form to request a government document owned by the UCSB Library that is currently "Unavailable." You can identify these by using the UCSB Library Catalog. Ask at the Reference/Information desk for assistance.
Please include all required and relevant information requested. Lack of information on the request form may delay or preclude the filling of your request.
PLEASE NOTE: Community patrons can use government douments in the Special Collections reading room during posted hours, or can be checked out with a valid UCSB Library card.
