UCSB Celebrates 40 Years of Title IX

Title IX is the 1972 legislation that outlawed all manner of sex discrimination in federally-funded education institutions (like UCSB) and changed the course of women's and girls' lives and career opportunities.  The Library is participating in the campus-wide celebration of the 40th anniversary of Title IX.  See our book displays in the main lobby and on the second floor in the Ethnic and Gender Studies Library.   For more information about campus events, see http://diversity.evc.ucsb.edu.
