For various reasons, some Library materials found in the Library Catalog are not currently requestable for pickup and mailing. If you are a UCSB faculty, staff, or student and are in need of an item that is held by the UCSB Library but is not requestable, please fill out the form below. Library staff will evaluate the item to determine whether it can be made available for pickup, mailing, or to view by appointment. (Appointments are only available to UCSB faculty and graduate students).
Please include as much information as possible about the item. Providing a permalink is very helpful to Library staff in identifying the correct item. Note that this form is intended for requesting UCSB-owned materials only, and should not be used for requesting items via Interlibrary Loan or items available in the HathiTrust Emergency Temporary Access Service.
