UCSB Library is offering a 12 week series of lessons for non-programmers or novice programmers in our Software Carpentry series to write code and learn best practices for using Python for data analysis.  Python is commonly used in many scientific disciplines for statistical analysis and computing. Lessons are sequential and build on top of each other, but attendance for all twelve lessons is not required.  
 
Lessons will take place every Tuesday, from 9:30 - 11:00AM during Summer Session A and B.  Please see our Summer 2019 Python class page for details and registration.
