Mark Stover holds the B.A. and M.A. degrees in religious studies, as well as a Masters of Library Science. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in information science at Nova Southeastern University. Mark has written numerous articles, essays, book reviews, and database reviews on various topics. He is currently the director of library services at Phillips Graduate Institute, an independent graduate school offering degrees in marriage and family therapy. Mark's current interests lie in the areas of distance learning, end-user education, and, of course, the world wide web.
