Mark Stover is Director of Library and Information
Services at Phillips Graduate Institute, Encino, CA. He holds the M.L.S.
degree from UCLA, and he is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the School of
Computer and Information Sciences at Nova Southeastern University. He has
published widely in such journals as RQ, American Libraries, Reference
Services Review, Library Trends, and Computers in Libraries.
