Includes a subject index.
- Internet Legal Resource Guide
Provides options to search links by topic or keyword index. Keyword index covers over 3000 web sites worldwide, with emphasis on US resources.
- Meta-Index for U.S. Legal Research
Allows searching in specific legal sources, such as US Supreme Court, individual circuit courts, US Code, Code of Federal Regulations, directories, and other resources. Simply links to search indexes already on other web sites.
- WWW Virtual Library--Law
Searchable database by keywords or broad topic areas. Provides links to web sites on your topic.
- Yahoo Law List
Includes links in approximately 40 areas of law, as well as keyword searching of its index to legal resources.

A frequently cited web site that includes links to federal and international criminal justice resources on topics such as crime, crime prevention, juvenile delinquency, drugs and alcohol, police agencies, courts, due process, pornography/obscenity, censorship, community corrections, forensics, prisons, and media.
- Justice Information Center--National Criminal Justice Reference Service's Justice Information Center
Includes an Abstracts Database (NCJRS Database) which is a comprehensive index to books, articles, and documents in all areas of criminal justice. This site also includes full text of documents and reports from the Center about criminal justice topics such as corrections, crime prevention, criminal justice statistics, law enforcement, juvenile delinquency, crime victims, drugs and crime, and courts.
- Vera Institute of Justice:Criminal Justice Internet Sites
Includes links and full text on issues such as policing, crime and victimization, youth and violence, sentencing, and prosecution and defense.

- U.S. Supreme Court
Official U.S. Supreme Court web site. Includes the docket, calendar, court rules, opinions, orders and other information about the Court.

Cornell Legal Information Institute site for Supreme Court decisions.
- United States Federal Courts Finder
Provides links to web pages for each of the federal circuit courts, including a map showing states included in each district. Most districts include full text to decisions from 1995 to date.
