Displays an alphabetical list of entries.

Best used when searching for known author names, books, journal titles and  subject terms from the Library of Congress Subject headings. 

Keyword Search

To find your search term anywhere in the record, select Any Keyword as your Search Type.

Use AND to narrow your search.

Use OR to broaden your search.

Use NOT to restrict your search.

Terms in phrases are joined by AND

Do not use phrases

W=keyword
A=author
T=title keyword
S=subject keyword

Enter a date to narrow a search (e.g., w=1997)

Currently can search only 6 terms.


To find journal articles, book chapters, short reports, and reprints:

Search & Browse

Displays an alphabetical list of entries.

Best used when searching for known items, i.e. the name of the author of a book chapter or journal article, article titles, book chapter titles, source titles or subject terms from the CAB Thesaurus

Viewing Records

1. Choose a number to view a title record.
2. Choose "»" to browse the author or title index.

Marking Records


Downloading, Printing, E-Mailing

1. At bottom of page, click icon for Save/Capture

2. To Save File: Click File and choose Save As.. from your browser menu.

3. E-Mail: At bottom of page, enter your e-mail address in box.

4. Print: Use print function of your browser.
