What is an RSS feed?
Real Simple Syndication (RSS), also known as a web feed, is a specially formatted text file containing frequently updated information, such as news headlines that is specially formatted to allow users to subscribe to postings using software applications called feed readers or news aggregators. Feed readers allow users to receive updated information from websites without opening their web browser.
