Student Library Advisory Committee
Student Library Advisory Committee members:

* Are ambassadors for the library, helping to promote the library and its services to the campus community
* Help with library events
* Act as consultants to the library Administration
* Help develop new library activities and services for students
* Advocate and encourage library use

Participation on the Student Library Advisory Committee is formally recognized by the Library Administration. In appreciation of a minimum of 10 hours of service, SLAC members will receive a certificate of participation.

Membership is always open. To join, print the application form and bring to either Michelle Martinez in the Administration Office (3rd floor, Davidson Library) or to the Reference & Information Desk (Davidson Library main lobby).

SLAC general meetings are held in the Mary Cheadle Room (3rd floor, Davidson Library). The next meetings are:

    Wednesday, November 5th from 4-5pm (field trip to the Arts Library)
    Wednesday, December 3rd from 4-5pm
    Wednesday, January 7th from 4-5pm
