This site, launched by Carnegie-Mellon University, ambitiously aimed to provide access "to all human knowledge, anytime, anywhere." The project ended in 2008, however, it does still connect to a large array of books and other materials, from a variety of sources.For viewing UDL books you will need either DjVu plugin and/or Tiff plugin (Windows ,Linux , MAC)
