Off-Campus Access to Subscription Library Resources
In order to use our many research databases from off campus, you will need to use either the proxy server or the Virtual Private Network (VPN). You can access the UCSB Library and Next Generation Melvyl catalogs without any special sign ins. There are also a few databases you can access for free. Please check our page on Free Publicly-Accessible Databases to find what is available.

Edouard Pecourt was a Parisian record dealer and collector who owned La Boîte à Disques in Paris from the early 1950s until he emigrated, along with his collection, to the United States in 1986.
