Parents & Family Weekend: Library Tours, Saturday Nov. 3 - 10:30 am

This Saturday at 10:30 am (immediately following the Chancellor's Breakfast) join the University Librarian and Library staff for tours of the building at the heart of campus.

Come learn about how the Library is contributing to the academic success of UCSB students, faculty and researchers.  You will also hear about our plans to break ground this spring on a major renovation and expansion of our facilities, technologies, and services.

Meet our librarians at the registration tables in the UCen Main Lobby to walk over to the library with other tour families.

Help Us Name the Newly-Expanded "Coffee Cart" (Ends Oct. 31)

UCen and UCSB Library are co-hosting a contest. Help us name the Library’s newly-expanded "Coffee Cart" and you could win an iPad (sponsored by Coca-Cola) and bragging rights. We’re looking for something that reflects the identity of the space: its temporary location as part of the Library’s renovation project; its range of food, drinks, and study supplies; and—most importantly—its link to the Library. We want your ideas!
