We’ve extended the UCSB Library Quality Survey (LibQUAL+) a few more weeks since we have not yet received enough responses for a valid sample of our users.

We are pleased to announce that The Study Bean has been selected as the new name, and that undergraduate students Justin Hart and Kate Wilkins are the winners of the naming contest.

Open Access Fund Launched

The Library’s Open Access Fund Pilot Program is now accepting applications. The Fund helps scholars cover the cost of author fees when publishing in peer reviewed open access publications.
