Library to Participate in All-Gaucho Reunion

Welcome back Gauchos! Please join us this Saturday for a drop-in event in the Library's stunning eighth-floor Pacific View Room and stop by our table at The Taste of UCSB to learn more about our upcoming Addition & Renovation Project and grab some Library freebies:

Library Vintage Collections: Food & Wine

  • Saturday, April 27, 10am-12pm
  • UCSB Library, Pacific View Room (8th Floor)

Whet your appetite with hand-picked morsels from the Library's collections, including a 3,000-year-old recipe for beer, vintage photographs and documents from the Füd Co-op and other Isla Vista eateries, menus from UCen catering through the decades, and the latest in viticultural research.

In addition to exploring a sampling from the Library's food and wine archives, you’ll get the best view of campus from the 8th floor of the Library! Come on up anytime during this session to catch the panoramic view and to handle unique items from the UCSB Library's varied collections.

Taste of UCSB

Dozens of Gaucho chefs, brewers, caterers, and vintners are coming together to bring you some of the most exquisite cuisine and beverages.
