The Library Systems Support Unit provides the library with PC-related support covering all library-designated public and staff desktops, peripherals, and software needs.  Our primary goal is to serve the campus students and faculty by providing up-to-date and expedient access to library resources.  The unit reviews, recommends, installs, and maintains hardware and software for research and instruction.


Reporting Computer Problems

  • Library users should report computer problems to the Reference Desk, the Information Desk, or the Music Library circulation desk.
  • Library employees should report computer problems by filing a ticket to the enterprise technology service center.
