The Cataloging and Acquisitions staff gathered for their annual holiday luncheon on December 17. We were even more impressed than usual by the festive decorations and the varied and delicious culinary offerings. Jim Markham offered another stellar poetic tribute for the occasion, Ode to CatalAcq, which we share with our readers. We also marked the recent passing of Peter Shapiro with flowers, photographs, and heartfelt tributes from a number of people who had known and worked with him for many years.
