As vice-chair, Sylvia will select a nominating committee for the local
LAUC election. At the LAUC-SB meeting May 24, the nominating committee

sent May 25. Election day is June 9.
4. LAUC Assembly resolution regarding library buildings (Martorana)

that UCOP retreat from the stance of "no new library buildings." Janet
will ask LAUC-SB for volunteers to draft this resolution.
