1. Meeting with the new Executive Vice Chancellor Ilene Nagel

Discussion of important issues to broach with the EVC Ilene Nagel regarding the library. Some of the concerns that the group would like to raise are:

• Lack of clear lines of authority and communications and that faculty have similar concerns.
• How decisions in the library are made, issues of shared governance
• The addition of a new development officer. His role in terms of fund raising.
• The University Librarian search
