This extensive collection of links to computer science technical reports is created and maintained by Beverly Ryan, computer science subject specialist at the UCSB Library.

DOE Information Bridge
Department of Energy technical reports from 1996-present, searchable and displayable in GIF, TIFF or PDF formats. Requires a JavaScript capable browser.

Energy Citations Database
Energy Citations Database contains bibliographic records for energy and energy-related scientific and technical information from the Department of Energy (DOE) and its predecessor agencies, the Energy Research & Development Administration (ERDA) and the Atomic Energy Commission (AEC). The Database provides access to DOE publicly available citations from 1948 through the present, with continued growth through regular updates.

GrayLit Network
The GrayLIT Network makes the gray literature (technical reports) of U.S. Federal Agencies easily accessible over the Internet. It taps into the search engines of distributed gray literature collections, enabling the user to find information without first having to know the sponsoring agency. Federal Agencies participating in this project are DOD/DTIC, DOE, EPA, and NASA. Participation will be expanding as the site develops.

Heritage Foundation

JPL Technical Reports Server
The Jet Propulsion Laboratory Technical Report Server is a database of Abstracts, Citations and full text Technical Reports written by and for the scientific and technical community.

Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory Library Reports Catalog

National Environmental Publications Information
Technical and public information publications from the Environmental Protection Agency.

NCSTRL: Networked Computer Science Technical Reports Library
An international collection of computer science technical reports from CS departments and industrial and government research laboratories, made available for non-commercial and educational use.

NTRS: NASA Technical Reports Server
NASA's technical information is available via the NASA Technical Report Server (NTRS). It exists to provide students, educators, and the public access to NASA's technical literature. NTRS also collects scientific and technical information from sites external to NASA to broaden the scope of information available to users. NTRS's Simple Search searches for NASA information only and its Advanced Search can search for NASA and non-NASA information. Most of the NASA information does not have full-text document images and documents can be ordered by contacting the NASA Center for AeroSpace Information.

Oak Ridge National Laboratory Comprehensive Publications and Presentations Registry (CPPR)
This official publications registry for ORNL publications contains bibliographic information about documents published by ORNL since 1985. Links are provided to the full text document, when an electronic version is available.
