Turning On Javascript in MS Internet Explorer
1. Select from your browser's menu "Tools" and from the sub menu select "Internet Options".
2. In the dialog box select the tab labeled "Security" and click on the "Custom Level" button.
3. In this dialog box scroll down to the "Scripting" section, "Active Scripting" sub section and remove the dot in front of "Disable" and click the OK buttons in each dialog box.

Turning On Javascript in Netscape Navigator, Communicator
1. Select from your browser's menu "Edit" and from the sub menu select "Preferences".
2. In the dialog box click on "Advanced" and click in the checkbox in front of "Enable Javascript" and click the "OK" button.

Note: Javascript may present problems to visitors using proxy servers or located behind firewalls. The symptoms may range from you being unable to access certain pages (links not working, page not found errors, etc.) to pages looking garbled (code mixed with text).

Frames
Turning on/off frames can be set by editing the Windows Registry. Please see your system administrator regarding this procedure.
Also the browser "Opera" has an option to turn frames off.

Checking Norton Firewall Pop-Up Window Blocking
1. Click on the Norton Firewall icon
2. Select "add bocking"
3. On the right hand side of the screen, click on "configure".
4. Make sure that the check box beside the option "pop-up window blocking" is not checked.
