UCSB Library is hosting a contest for students, faculty, staff, and alumni to submit videos, photographs, songs, poetry, short stories or other creative media that capture your appreciation and favorite memories of UCSB Library.

Currently on view on the Library's first floor is a comics exhibit curated by Art History Professor Miriam Wattles and her seminar 186RW students in conjunction with the 2013 Regents’ Lecture by Scott McCloud.

Comics Theorist Scott McCloud to Offer Regents' Lecture April 10

On Wednesday, April 10, renowned comics artist and theorist Scott McCloud will present the free Regents' Lecture on "Understanding Comics and Visual Communication" at 8pm in Campbell Hall.

UCSB Library Will Be Closed on Friday (March 29)

April Fool's Comics Competition Submissions Being Accepted

All students, alumni, faculty, staff, and nearby residents are invited to participate in the first ever April Fool's Comics Competition. The grand finalist will have their work added to the shelves of the UCSB Library.
