Improved Digital Microfilm Scanners Installed

New digital microfilm scanners installed in Davidson and the Arts Library provide much improved optics and special features like on-screen magnification and the ability to generate keyword searchable documents.

Library Building Project Featured in Museum Exhibition

Currently on view at UCSB's Art, Design & Architecture Museum is "Unbuilt UCSB," an exhibition that displays building projects and designs that were intended for the UC Santa Barbara campus but never constructed or have yet to be completed.

UCSB Library is hosting a contest for students, faculty, staff, and alumni to submit videos, photographs, songs, poetry, short stories or other creative media that capture your appreciation and favorite memories of UCSB Library.

Comics Theorist Scott McCloud to Offer Regents' Lecture April 10

On Wednesday, April 10, renowned comics artist and theorist Scott McCloud will present the free Regents' Lecture on "Understanding Comics and Visual Communication" at 8pm in Campbell Hall.
