This appears to be a Columbia brown wax commercial cylinder from the late 1890's that was shaved and then recorded over (100 rpm ca. 4 min) at least a decade or so later; songs "There's girl in the heart of Maryland" and "You've got your mother's big blue eyes" followed by recitation of Rudyard Kipling's poem "The Road to Mandalay"--Recording cuts off before end of poem
